Champs Meet is on Monday at Loos Natatorium (3815 Spring Valley Road, Addison) Please have your swimmers at the pool by 11:00am. Warm-ups will begin at 11:30 and the meet will begin at 1:00pm. 

Please have your swimmers bring the following:

- swim goggles (bring an extra pair if you have them)

- ROCC swim cap (we will have extras there for sale)

- 2 towels

- a folding chair (the deck gets VERY wet!)

All swimmers must sit with the team on the pool deck! The coaches cannot go look for them if they go up to the stands. If they need to use the restroom, please have them let a coach know before they walk off. 

VOLUNTEERS: Please sign up to volunteer! We still need 3 timers for each pool, and both shifts are open! We also need at least one parent to help with ready bench for both boys and girls! You must have a volunteer badge to be on the pool deck during the meet.
