Champs Meet Info

Arrival Info:
Session 1 - Ages 9 and over
Warm-up- 7:30-8:15 (Check in beginning at 7:00 so your swimmer is ready to swim at 7:30)

Meet Starts-  8:30 am finish around 12:30pm (probably sooner)

* Parents and Swimmers not allowed into pool till 7:00. Parents and Swimmers will need to wait in the Parking Lot.
Session 2 - Ages 8 and under (Times subject to change based on morning meet; if it changes we will send an email as soon as we know)
Warm-up- 1:30 to 2:00 

Meet Starts- 2:15 pm finish around 5:00pm (might be earlier)

What to Bring:

•  team swim cap
• 2 pairs of goggles
• 2 towels
• water and snacks
• entertainment for your child between races
• camp chair for swimmer (the pool deck gets really wet, parents will sit in stands)
• $5 to buy a meet program

Please let me know if you have any questions. The league asked us to share the rules below with everyone. Reminder: you must be a volunteer with a badge to enter the pool deck to be near your child, otherwise you must remain in the stands. We still have open shifts, so please sign up!

Rules: Please pass these on to parents and swimmers!
1. There will be NO reserving of seats in the spectator area. If a team wishes to sit together, they must arrive together.
2. NO lawn chairs are allowed in the spectator stands.
3. NO standing in the front aisle next to the rail in the stands.
4. NO food or drink, other than water, is allowed on the pool deck..
5. Only swimmers, coaches, meet officials, and volunteers with valid deck passes are allowed on the pool deck.
6. NO flash photography at the start of any race, doing so may result in disqualification of a swimmer.
7. NO camera cell phones allowed in or around the restroom/locker room areas.
8. Please note that the swimmers should stay with their team on deck.
9. Team photographers will not be allowed on deck.
10. Concessions will be offered by FISD
