Time Trial- Tuesday, June 1st

5:30pm Warm-up

6:00pm Time Trial begins

Go ahead and declare whether or not your swimmer will be attending the Time Trial so we know who all will be there. Swimmers can swim as many or as few events as they would like to swim when they get there; no need to select events unless you want to. We really need as many parents there as possible so we can train you on how to time with the new system.

*Tuesday practice: We will still have regular morning practices on Tuesday morning but not evening due to the Time Trial.

*Merchandise: We will have shirts and swim caps down at the pool for sale; cash or check only. If you have not picked up your team suit we will have those down there as well.

Meet Entry and Volunteer Sign Up

The meet entry and volunteer sign up tabs for the dual meets are open on https://royaloaks.swimtopia.com/. If you are new, log into Swimtopia and click on the swim meets tab. Click the meet entry button and then use the drop down menus under each swimmer to declare whether or not they are attending the meet. You can select events for your swimmer and availability for relays. Each meet has a tab for volunteer job sign up as well. 

Don't forget to sign up your swimmers on the Swimmingly app by Friday! See Peron's email for directions. It is easier to sign up on a desktop and then use the app after you sign up.
