How to sign up swimmers for meets, volunteer shifts, Swimmingly Fan app
Declaring for a meet:
Please sign up your swimmers on Swimmingly Clubhouse for the meets going forward. We were told we would be able to export the information from Swimtopia into the Swimmingly Clubhouse but the software is not updated yet. We are trying to make sure we have all swimmers on the heat sheet for the meet to help with timing issues.
Swimmingly Clubhouse:
- 1.Go to https://clubhouse.swimmingly.app/login on the computer, not the app, and log in.
- 2.Click on the Meet Schedule tab on the left.
- 3.You should see your swimmers listed, then click on Sign Swimmer Up to declare that your swimmer will be swimming and which individual events he/she would like to swim.
Volunteer Shift Sign Up
You will continue to sign up to volunteer on Swimtopia. If you signed up to work the meet this Saturday against KC please re-sign up; the shifts were deleted during an update!! If you sign up for a Shift 2 job you need to stay until the meet is over in order to the job. When Shift 2 volunteers are called you need to check in with Jenny so we can make sure all of the jobs are covered and that you receive credit for working. If you sign up but do not actually do the job you will not get credit!
Heat Sheets, Results, Following your swimmer
Download the app Swimmingly Fan and log in with your Swimmingly user name. You will be able to see a heat sheet for the meet, results during the meet, and receive notifications during the meet when your swimmer is about to swim. When you log into Swimmingly Fan, type in Royal Oaks and then click on the roster. You can select your swimmers so you can follow their results. You will be able to see results of the meet on this app as well as a full meet report on the Swimming Clubhouse website.
Thank you for your continued patience as we learn this new program! Let me know if you have questions!
Michelle
