Volunteer sign-ups are now open for the time trials and all the regular season meets except for the relay meet on June 17. As a reminder, each swim team family is required to work TWO volunteer shifts per season regardless of the number of meets your child attends. If you do not work two shifts, you will be fined $200 at the end of the season.

You can volunteer one of two ways: directly through the swim team website or via the SwimTopia App. For new families not familiar with how to volunteer, please follow the below steps.

Via the swim team website:

• Go to royaloaks.swimtopia.com
• Click on "Swim Meets" in the main header
• Click on the green "Job Signup" next to the meet for which you would like to volunteer
• Click on the green "Signup for Jobs" under your name
• Select the job for which you would like to volunteer
• Click the green "Save Assignments"

Via the SwimTopia App:

• When you open the app, it should take you to a page that says “Royal Oaks” at the top, followed by “Visit Website”, “Members” (your name(s) and your swimmer(s)), and “Upcoming” events.
• Click on “Visit Website”
• Click on "Swim Meets" in the main header
• Click on the green "Job Signup" next to the meet for which you would like to volunteer
• Click on the green "Signup for Jobs" under your name
• Select the job for which you would like to volunteer
• Click the green "Save Assignments"
