Declaring for a meet is not just for swimmers planning on attending the meet. Even if your swimmers are NOT planning on attending the meets, please log on to Swimtopia and select "Not attending this meet".

To declare your swimmer(s), follow these steps:

• Go to the website (royaloaks.swimtopia.com).
• Click on “Swim Meets” in the main header.
• Click on the green “Meet Entry” next to the meet for which you are declaring.
• Click on “Edit” under each of your swimmer’s names.
• Choose from the drop-down menu next to your swimmer’s name “Not attending this meet” or “Attending this meet.”
• If you select “Attending this meet”, you can then check up to three (3) individual events for your swimmer to participate in. Also, choose from the dropdown menu whether your swimmer will be available to participate in relays.
• Click the green “Save.”
