Hello Hammerheads Families,

Registration for the 2025 ROCC Swim Season is officially OPEN! We’re thrilled to kick off another amazing summer with the Hammerheads! We can’t wait to welcome back returning swimmers and meet new team members. To register, log in to the ROCC Swim Team website (www.royaloaks.swimtopia.com). Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about registration, meet schedules, and key events.

2025 REGISTRATION FEES

Early Registration (by April 30)

• $310 for the first and second swimmer
• $260 for each additional swimmer

Late Registration (starting May 1)

• $360 for the first and second swimmer
• $310 for each additional swimmer

All registration fees will be processed through the club and will appear on your monthly ROCC statement.

2025 SWIM MEET SCHEDULE

Mark your calendars! Here’s the 2025 meet schedule:

• Saturday, May 31: Brookhaven @ ROCC
• Saturday, June 7: Lakewood @ ROCC
• Monday, June 9: All League Relay Meet @ Brookhaven
• Monday, June 16: ROCC @ Dallas Athletic Club
• Saturday, June 21: KayCee @ ROCC
• Thursday, June 26: Champs Meet @ Garland ISD Natatorium
  • This year, the Champs meet will be held as one session. There will no longer be a morning session for the 9 and older kids and an afternoon session for the 8 and under kids. This change benefits families with swimmers in both age groups and allows for better spacing between events.

Kick-off Events

Thursday, April 17 – Swim Team Shop Night with D&J Sports
Location: ROCC Fitness Center | Time: 5:00–6:30 PM

• Try on and order your team suit
• Purchase new goggles and team swim caps

Sunday, May 18 – Swim Team Kick-off Party
Location: ROCC Pool | Time: 5:00–7:00 PM

Practice Schedule

Monday, May 19 – First Day of Practice

• Afternoon Only (May 19–22)
  • 4:15–5:00 PM (8 & under)
  • 5:00–6:00 PM (9 & older)

Tuesday, May 27 – Regular Practice Schedule Begins

• Morning Practices (Tuesday–Friday)
  • 8:00–9:15 AM (9 & older)
  • 9:00–10:00 AM (7 & 8)
  • 9:45–10:30 AM (6 & under)
• Evening Practices (Tuesday–Thursday)
  • 6:30–7:15 PM (8 & under)
  • 7:15–8:15 PM (9 & older)

End of Season Celebration

Friday, June 27 OR Tuesday, July 1 (Final date to be confirmed) – Banquet
Location: ROCC Ballroom | Time: 6:00–8:00 PM
